Some of the COL children, teenagers, housemothers, and technical staff paid a special visit and tribute to the grandfathers and grandmothers at the Sagrado Coração de Jesus (Holy Heart of Jesus) nursing home in the nearby city of Estância Velha.
The seniors and our children in care shared experiences and interacted, creating a heartwarming afternoon. They enjoyed musical presentations and received cards and a little something from our children.
At the end of the event, they participated in a delicious snack time as a group. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Nora and her team for their warm welcome.
